Delivery & Returns

Ready to place an order but looking for more information on our delivery and returns process? This is where you’ll find it. Delivery is free on all orders over £30, otherwise, it's £2. For now, we only deliver to UK addresses.

Bike Delivery

• Bikes can take up to 14 working days to dispatch.
• Orders are sent via DPD.
• Dispatch confirmation and tracking details will be sent via email. If you have not received this, please contact us.

Accessory Delivery

• Accessories are dispatched within 2-4 working days
• Most items are sent via Royal Mail with some larger products dispatched using DPD (at no extra charge).
• An email will be sent confirming that your item has been dispatched. Tracking details will also be included.

Returns

• We accept returns up to 14 days after your item was purchased.
• All items must be in a saleable condition with original packaging and tags intact.
• To return a bike, please make contact us to make arrangements
• For accessory returns please send your item along with a note of your order number to Bike Republic Ltd, 281 Mare Street, London, E8 1GR
• Sorry, we do not cover return postage so we’d encourage you to keep any postage receipts handy in case the item is lost on its way back to us.
• In the instance that an exchange is requested, we require for the original item to be returned to us and a fresh order created.
• When an item is returned to us, we will process a refund in 5 working days, however, it can be up to 15 working days before funds appear back in your account.
